Since your body stays wherever you left it and it's really only your astral body (not the denser layer) that 'goes' on this travel...it is entirely up to you! If anyone else has the ability to 'see' your astral projection, you may feel more comfortable not 'exposing' yourself...just a though!

I don't believe in astral traveling.I had the book that told how to do that and it bored me to death.God Bless.
