Running is good for the lungs right, but smoking weed probably isnt. Would running improve lungs so smoking wont be as harmful, or do you think smoking will damage the lungs and make running harder and maybe more dangerous.

that is like the dumbest thing i have ever heard, there is no way to cancel out smoking. Running may make your lungs stronger but thats not gonna clean them out of smoke and such, and honestly weed isnt too bad to smoke. Cigarettes are because of how much people smoke them and how they get addicted. I guarentee you dont smoke as much weed as to equal a pack a day of a smoker so as long as you dont smoke cigarettes you should be good

Jogging would help with the scarfing of Cap't Crunch or Oreos that follows Marijuana smoking. That's why Chemo patients smoke, to trigger the desire for food, a desire that chemo destroys.
But, unless you know your growers' source you may be getting more in your body than just junk food. It may be natural but it ain't all clean and green.

Smoking gunj has the same health effects as smoking cigarettes. I don't think jogging would really be directly related to weed in this way...other than jogging is good for you.

Ironically, I believe Bob Marley died while jogging.

Edit - He didn't die while jogging, but he collapsed while jogging in central park...after cancer spread to his vital organs. His death was slower.

It won't cancele out the effects. What smoking weed will do is rob you of your desire and ability to run, thus worsening the effects.

If you are running after hitting on some real killer weed, and a car hits you, you won't have to worry about damaged lungs or running....and if it kills you it wouldn't matter anyway....now would it?
