I always just buy a bunch of veggies, buy some meat of some sort, cut everything up, throw it in the crock pot with some water (or vegetable/chicken stock) and some spices, and that's it.
Tastes great. I hate recipes.

Chalupa Crock Pot Recipe; an unusual put tasty delight!!!
1 lb. pinto beans
3 lbs pork roast
7 cups water
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic minced
1 Tbsp salt
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp cummin
1 tsp oregano
1 can chopped green chilies
corn chips
Put all ingredients except corn chips in crock pot. Cover and cook until roast falls apart and beans are done. Uncover and cook about 1/2 hour until the desired thickness. Serve with corn chips and pass condiments for choice of topping; (chopped tomato, chopped onion, shredded lettuce, grated cheese, chopped avocado, taco sauce)
I thought a pound of beans would be too much for my poor crockpot, so I used a little less. I soaked them overnight in the fridge. I only put in 4 cups of water. I used dried onion. I only put in 1 Tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp of cummin, and 1/2 tsp of oregano. I used a 4 oz can of chilies. It smells like garlic in my house right now. I hope it turns out good.

Pulled pork:
Place pork roast in slow cooker with a small amount of water. Cook for 8-10 hours to until meat shredds easily. Remove mean and discard liquid. Shred meat. Return to crock pot on low for 1 hour with your favorite BBQ sauce.
This works with beef too.

Chocolate Brownie Pudding Cake
From Diana Rattray,
INGREDIENTS:
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 3/4 cup water
* 2 Tbsp cocoa
* 2 1/2 cups brownie mix (half of a 21.5oz pkg)
* 1 egg
* 1/4 cup peanut butter
* 1 tablespoon soft butter or margarine
* 1/4 cup water
* 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips, if desired
PREPARATION:
Combine 3/4 cup water, brown sugar, and cocoa in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. In the meantime combine the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. Whisk together or mix well with a spoon. Spread the batter evenly in the bottom of a lightly buttered slow cooker/Crock Pot.
Pour boiling mixture over the batter. Cover and cook on high about 2 hours; turn heat off and let stand for about 30 minutes. I made this in a 5-quart pot, but I'm sure it would be fine in a 3 1/2- quart. Spoon into dessert dishes while warm; serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
Serves 6 to 8.

There is a really good beef stew recipee that my mom uses. It's really easy.
Take one to two pounds of cubed beef and drag it in flour. Then brown lightly in a skillet.
But the browned beef in a crockpot with diced carrots, potatoes and you can add cubed onion if you desire.
Add one can of condensed tomatoe soup and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook in your crockpot on the low setting for 7 to 8 hours (i.e. turn on in the morning and it's done when your home from work.)
That's it. enjoy
