Is it safe enough to use? Will i get viruses, computer crashes, etc...
or is there any other programs similar to limewire that's better?

The one thing i always do if i've downloaded a zip file from limewire is to do an individual virus scan on it before i open it up,any other files,as someone else has already said,are automatically stopped if a problem is detected....have fun it's great!!!

360share is the same as limewire, only it's alot more secure, no popups, and they check all the files with pretty good tests. It's free, too. As long as u don't download alot of huge files that aren't media, it's fine.

Limewire is safe to use. no worries. my brother has been using it for the past 1 year plus. As for viruses... once the file that you are downloading has virus, they will abort download. so not to worry. =) It's really good! hope i've ans your qn ~~

you better becareful by using Limewire, this program has a lot of antivirus and spyware, also download incorrect program. I recommand you to use edonkey2000 or emuleplus. These two program give you 100% correct data or program you attend to download.

i've used limewire for nearly a year so far i havent had any problems with it but it also lets other users upload ur copy of songs too .......
