Generally ions do not have any effect on anticoagulation. They may have other effects on the body.

Anticoagulation is with medication (or rarely a toxin) that interferes with the body's clotting pathway - a series of proteins that help our body form clots to stop us from bleeding.

To affect these proteins, the levels of ions would have to be very abnormal. This would be likely to affect the body in other ways before it would affect the clotting proteins.
