Your arguement doesn't even make sense. I have no problem with you opposing the death penalty. President Bush has not violated any laws warranting his encarceration or he would be locked up tooth sweet. Believe me, there are watch groups out there pointing out every minute thing Bush and his cabinet do...almost wanting or craving for them to violate a law or statute.
Whatever measures Bush has passed or failed to pass are not tantamount to crime. Enron blatantly lied and falsified personal and business documents to steal money from employees. Bush raising taxes or lowering taxes or implementing a program or cancelling a program is not theft. All of that is done legally and approved or disapproved by many other folks.
Righteousness is another topic. God will judge and God will give vengence. If God gave Bush prophetic message to do something or not do something...and he did/didn't do it...then God will hold him accountable...believe that. There is a big difference between God's Law and Man's Law. God dictates and is clear that we should obey authority, delegated or otherwise. President Bush is a delegate authority and we need to obey and respect that. We don't have to like the man, but we must obey the authority. We don't have to like the politics, and have many avenues to oppose him within the confines of respecting authority (such as lobbying or voting him out). Locking him up in jail or assassignating him is NOT an option...either under Man or God's Laws.

If he broke the law, I don't know many Christians who think he shouldn't be prosecuted. Personally I think he's awful and stupid, but that's not against the law. It's not against the law for him to deploy troops, even though that seems and feels unfair because I totally understand how you feel he killed them. But in reality laws are worded so that military leaders can't be prosecuted for things that happen in "war" or any other battles.
The reason that a lot of Christians want God to deal with him is because being unethical isn't against the law, and the only one who has the right to pass judgement on someone ethically, is God. We don't have to like what happens before then though. And most of us don't.

He might not be a good president, but war is necessary. Seeing the World being terrorised and doing nothing is being a coward. What is more important to you money or lives? Freeing Iraq is saving more lives.

Agree. The levels of hypocracy concerning GW, his Crime Family, and their followers are layered in greed and misanthropy. Since he is the worlds most notorious criminal, he should face earthly justice just like a common thief or murderer would.

we should lock him up, just like every other war criminal we have sent to prison or killed.
and those who voted for him (since our prisons are crowded enough already) should be forced to give back that BS tax refund he gave us the first term.
