the easiest way to get larger breasts is to gain weight every dress size you go up so do your breasts..also try gently massaging them twice a day, it can stimulate growth..there are also things out there like Victoria secrets pout, which says can give you fuller breasts, I'm not sure if any of that stuff actually works though.
