Possibly. When it comes to a vocation to the priesthood, for Catholics, it is not the individual who chooses. Rather the individual takes what he assumes to be a calling to the Church. The Church then, through the gift of discernment, determines if the individual has a calling to the priesthood. Your boyfriend may have a true vocation, that is for the Church to decide, but there are plenty of opportunities where he might falter and not accept this calling from God.
The question though, for you, is are you helping or hindering this process? That is something that you should think about. If he has a true vocation, and you are hindering him and setting up stumbling blocks, that is not a good thing.

When I was 18 years old--- I met with the Bishop from the Diocese Of Gallup In New Mexico-- I was on fire for God and ready to become a priest... I saw the hottest girls Ive ever seen at a Dairy Queen,that same day.. I did not want to be celibate-- I did not become a priest-- and Ive never regretted it.

dont think he will if he thinking and talking about sex maybe he should have a rethink of what it means to become a catholic priest
