Also, is a girl with a 6 pack hot? Or is it just for the guys? Because a lot of girls say that it is just for the guys, but I havent heard anything from the guys (not that I am only into what other people say, just want some opinions lol) =]

i think guys like flat stomachs and six packs because not only can they be sexy but they also show that you take care of yourself, which can be a major turn on

I think a flat stomach on a girl is very sexy, but not a 6 pack, too much muscle definition on a girl just doesn't do it for me, just my personal preference.

We have been 'stereotyped' by the mass media to believe that only a 6 pack is sexy and macho! - Brad Pitt, David Beckham. But a girl with a six pack will only look like an athlete not "hot". A hot girl is one that looks like she is starving to death with hollow cheeks and a frail body likely to be blown away by the wind - Kate Moss, Paris Hilton.

Flat and toned is great. 6 pack only just visable is cool, not totally cut. Toned but no bulk is prob the way to go.

i'm female - but imo - a 6pack on a female is gross and creepy.
if she got it the old fashioned way. it jsut means she's got no body fat on her, and that's not as attractive as one may think.
it also means, no boobs, unless you have implants, and lines and wrinkles around your face.
the only time i've seen women truly sporting 6-packs is when they are preparing for fitness and bodybuilding competitions, and trust me - it ain't pretty.
