She might have athletes foot. She can get something by the pharmacy for athletes foot. It will stop the itching and it should go away with repeated use. If it is athlete's foot.

It could be as simple as a athletes foot, try using a product for it. Ask your local Pharmacist to recommend a product for you. If that does not help they might need to go to a doctor for a topical steriod creme.

usually ordinary household bleach kills everything, even rubbing alcohol cures a lot of things, but if her sores are open then tell her to use an antibiotic from her nearest pharmacy. I'm not a doctor, but if those things don't work, tell her to see one. Maybe she has an alergy to socks or shoes she's wearing.

Could be an allergy, athlete's foot, or down to the weather (hot/humid..) special cream from the doctor should fix it, or wait for winter, it will disappear.

my father has the same thing he scratches it and he wont stop and it looks like his going to lose his leg and i told him and my mom and my brother to go to the hospital and he wont listen is better if your friend gos to the hospital

sounds like athletes foot....go to walgreens or local drug store and get some tinactin or similar athletes foot med....
