I am assuming you say it looks like beef stew because it is brownish and has bits in it.
Gee. Blood that has been in the vagina and uterus for a while does look brownish. And there's usually bits of clots and mucus to add to the dish.
So no. I think you're probably normal.

No, girlene! You have clotted blood (clots). See a doctor to find out why. If your periods are hard on you there are meds available.
