Bad in bed, at least you can take control during sex and show him what do to.
Kissing, you need equal contribution from both partners and the technique is a little harder to fix.
Plus teaching the bedroom can be made into a game and if you talk about what you want its sexy but trying to talk a guy through a kiss is just going to make him feel inadequate.

They both are easier to train. The right person with the right patience can teach both of these things without one being harder than the other. I know I could!!!
