Well I bought and paid for the land I live on. I paid for it with money that I made from working, and paying taxes and by not breaking the laws.My parents did the same, as theirs did before them and so on..Every male in my family has spent time in our military, fighting for this land that I call mine, 6 have died in the last 40 yrs.2 are still MIA...My land was paid for with the brains ,hard work and blood of my ancestors . My family is white, black, red and most any other race you can think of..over the years we have been welded together thru love and marriage and a common bond...This is our land..WE are Americans....don't try to take it away from us as we will protect it at all costs.

Historically, from the time of Jefferson through T. Roosevelt, many Americans, all white at the time, believed in the superiority of the "Anglo-Saxon" race, and the theory that their destiny, as the superior race, was to conquer the continental US, and rule a few colonies.
This justified taking from the Indians, of course, and gave Americans room to expand -- almost everyone could move to a new area, usually west or south west and get land for little or nothing. And, in so doing they would be fulfilling God, or nature's plan for their race to rule (benevolently).

This land we are talking about I assume you are referring to is the USA and it's for all who want to become citizens and do it legally and who adapt to our language which is English and respect our Flag and the principles of our Nation. It is for all that love it whether it be black, white, hispanic, or any race. I don't believe that white folks think that this is their land at all.

We do? I am a white person, and I'm pretty sure I don't think this is just my land. I'm happy that American is the melting pot, we have so much to teach each other about our clutures and different foods. I have traveled all over the world, and have never found a place like the States.

Ha!

I don't think you're gonna get the straight forward answer your looking for.

But if your referring to the U.S., then you know that it was gaffled from the indians by thieves and those unwanted by other European countries. Then, the wealth has been past on to generation to generation. Still, you can't blame it all on them thinking that. When races have had the chance to have something they mess it up or it has been totally tainted by whites they usually can't fix it without their help. So they usually ask those they believe have either accomplished this in the past or ask those of that color to find someone that can.

Still the question you have asked is one that is clever and quite confusing, so I hope you get the answers and the reactions that you were hoping for.

basically because when we first arrived( i assume you are speaking of north and south America) the old world diseases came with us and wiped out most of the indigenous populations. Then we took over because it was easy.....The idea of land ownership is truly ridiculous, except if you consider the concept of actual land usage...if jack wants to farm a plot and fred wanted to mine on the same plot....who has the right to do what they think is most beneficial with the land?????
all ECO concerns aside...land ownership is the only way to keep from having conflict over such things.....

This land is OUR land from New York Island to the Rio Grande. This land is the black man's, white man's, red man's, yellow man's and all men. I'm white so don't include me in your statement. You are talking in "folklore"

What land are you talking about?

The United States of America?

Canada?

France?

Italy?

Australia?

There are tons of countries with a white majority that was "lost" by the poor, ill-equipped people that lived there "first".
