YES!!! See, I was frustrated trying to reach people and lead them to Christ becuase it seemed I was not doing enough to "convince" them, but now I know that is not my job!!! We as Christians have been called to "go and tell" not "go and make them change" that is HIS job! I am successful by merely sharing the message, He will take care of drawing them to Him. The word of God says that if Jesus be lifted up all men will be drawn to Him! Also I live by this motto: PREACH THE GOSPEL AT ALL TIMES, WHEN NECESSARY USE WORDS.

Peace!

Not at all! It was the greatest point of my life. I realized that if I try to change people with my will I am no better than satan. When we step back and let the holy spirit do his job, everything works out in HIS will. God Bless You as well!!!!!

God changes man, not man. We can influence people and that does change some, but ultimately, the person has to want to change, and God doesn't always have anything to do with that - it is just part of his spirit that dwells in all of us that prompts us to change.

When talking about giving your life to Jesus, then that is something only the Holy Spirit can do. Trust me, he is the only one. Man cannot save man in that way. Take care.

Only God can Save and change a person. We must witness to them Jesus Christ and Him Crucified. Then get out of the way and let the Holy Spirit convict and draw the person to Christ, and God the Father will draw them to His Son Jesus Christ to be saved. If the person comes in a repentive spirit, Jesus Christ will save their Souls and Break the bonds of the Ole Devil.

You do have control over how to respond or react to the situation at hand. You are absolutely correct in saying that all you can do is your best. One can take great pride in knowing they gave 100%

You can change people. It happens all the time. Men like Hitler changed entire nations. What is hard is using that ability responsibly.

It was sad. I pray every day for people to find God's love. all we can do is love them and treat them as well as anyone else and mabey our actions will change them... some will change. some wont. But I pray for them. and I encourage all with faith to join me in that prayer. God bless.

No, but it was kind of hard to realize I can't really change me ( not much at least), but I'm fine with it now.

When you learn how to manage your own life, you have no need to manage others, in fact the others end up following suit.
God isn't an issue anymore.
I have all free time to do whit what I love.
