I have approximately a 25 page document that I need to translate to Spanish. I am wondering if there is a company that provides this service or a software program that can do this.
I know there are translation web sites, dictionaries, etc. and I could translate this myself. I may need this service often for work so I need a company that translates documents or a software program that can.
Any suggestions?

The reason I do not want to use translation web sites is because I am very aware that the translation will not be accurate (especially with a document this large). I am capable of doing it myself, but it would be incredibly time consuming.

Those translation websites make lots of glaring errors, and it is very obvious when someone uses them to write in another language. They'll usually get the point across, but if you need something to be done accurately and professionally, have it done by a real person. Check the yellow pages or online for a translator in your area, if that's no help, try the Spanish Department of a local University. They may be able to find a graduate student or advanced undergrad who can do it.
Just to demonstrate why translation websites don't work well, I did an expirament. I went to http://world.altavista.com/
Translate: "Will this work?" from English to Spanish
Result: "¿este trabajo?"
- which literally means "does this work?" but in the sense of "does this have a job?"
- the correct translation would be "¿funcionará?", in the sense of "does this function?".
Then, translate: "¿este trabajo?" from Spanish to English
Result: "this work?"
- In the process of translating words get cut off and meanings get confused, and this was just a simple 4-word sentence.

It is better to hire someone bilingual, the translation packages are not so good.
