no i don't pray cause when i was little i got made 2 go 2 Sunday school by may dad just so he could get his leg over on the Sunday school teacher

I do pray. I have since I was little. I pray to thank God for all the things I've been given, good or bad. I know he would never deal me something I can't handle; it makes me stronger. And a person should never take anything for granted...the home you live in, the life you live -however crazy it may seem at times. I also use prayer to re-connect myself...almost as in mediation. It calms me down when I know I can ask God for help and safety. It's not so much that I think He will answer by sending me a bodyguard or help me win the lottery; prayer is not about materialistic things. It is about the spiritual connection between you and a higher power...I feel safe knowing that I have God with me and knowing that my recently passed loved ones are in safe arms and watching over me. That's why I pray.

Yes I do pray. Praying is your 1 on 1 time with God. This is the time in which you stop to tell God thank you for his many blessings, for the things that did not seem to work out right but you thank him anyway because he knew why. It even helps you to maintain you peace of mind to pray. His word says Cast your cares upon him because he cares for you. Praying is casting your cares.

Yes I pray, although its not always a down-on-my-knees, head bowed down, eyes closes kind of prayer. I pray when I want to talk to God, because I know he knows me and knows exactly how I feel - there is nothing I can hide from Him. Its such a relief to come to someone without having to pretend, or cover up a mistake, because because He knows it all.,,,,but the greatest thing is that I know I will never be judgeed, He is always loving and waiting anxiously to have that intimate time. Prayer is not a monolouge, its a dialogue. If everyone could understand that, we would discover the power of prayer.

Yes, i Pray, I pray for the lord everyday and every night.Oh how I wish to see him , up in the sky how is heaven could it be one day that I be able to see the light as the world come as one big family ooh, lord I pray for him day and night I love you lord how much you never know, because he is looking down on me the lord love us all because it's right here in my heart,the lord work in mysteries ways, an I love you, love you lord.lord talk to me.I wish that I, I, can tell you.....

I'm a Muslim I perform prayer five times a day everyday at fixed times & i pray several other times too
I ask Allah when i'm praying for anything that comes across my mind mostly Heaven & peacefull living for all muslims & all people around the world but i also sometimes ask him for simple every day wishes

I wouldnt call it praying because i dont follow any religion in particular, but when i feel troubled i ask for help, from whomever or whatever is up there.
I ask for a sign, something to help me make a decision or show me what i should be doing in a situation.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt, but that never stop me from asking for help.

Because I believe in God. I believe that God loves me and that I should do in whatever small way I can something to return that love. It wouldn't be very nice telling everyone you loved a person if you never spoke to that person - the love would be very one sided! Sorry if this makes no sense to you, but it is the way it is with me.
