Check ebay and see what kind of art sells and for how much, also if you have artwork posted on any other web site you may want to list it and direct people to it. People looking for stuff on a website like ebay are looking for deals. You describe your art as masterpiece paintings, are they painted copies of other artists paintings or originals you created. I am an emerging artist myself and use websites where i post my artwork for viewing, only as a web portfolio. I tell my friends and people i meet about it , and they in turn tell others. If you really insist on selling thru the net ,create what is generally described as throw away art . People like owning original pieces of art that can be puchased at a reasonable price and save your ''Masterpieces'' for the more serious buyers. As for prints I have been told lithograph prints are usally of the best quality. I don't have a direct link to my posted artwork but it can be checked out at hellosanantonio.com under the artist name GUERRO. If you do check out my work, let me know if you ever get around to posting your artwork at a website, I like checking out other artists work. It's kind of like going to an art gallery without leaving the house.

Going to your local print shop would be your best bet and I would definitely try to sell your prints first. It's kinda like getting your name heard. Take it on e-bay and see what people think. That will give you a good idea. I would definitely sell limited prints and make sure you post that they are limited. People look at that. If they sell well, then you might try selling the originals. Good luck!

All depend by Your Vision and Your teqnique.
The style it is not very important like metod of presentation.

You need to identify your target group of bayers and to invite them in Your World. After they will came independently.

With prints is the same situation!
If You will work seriosly bayers will find You!

Next time you publish them on the internet put an etching across the picture with your first or last name on it.
