Depends what ones if you want cheap nasty ones anything from £99 I have a full head of italian hair which stay in place (every one of them for four months) They cost £600 and that's cheap and discounted in London it would easily cost a £1000 but these are the proper footballer wives hair extensions You can get
Clip in Hair extensions (cheapest) Glue in ones of either fake or natural hair (these are a nuisance cos you can't use condition and they fall out too easily) Pre Bonded hair extension (wonderful but you have to get them proffessionally removed as well) You can also have a weave (favoured by Black afro carbian types) This is annoying cos your head feels so itchy and it only lasts a few weeks

Human hair is more expensive and of better quality than synthetic and doesn't require burning.
Length is also a factor.
Then you have to pay for labour which depending on the length of hair grown naturally and the added hair can run from 9-20 hours.
Think $160-$350
Ain't "beauty" grand?

the hair itself isn't expensive if you get synthetic. Real hair a 3-4x as much. The real cost is getting them put in and will depend on who you have put them in. The more time it requires, the more it will cost.

You can buy clip/sew in human hair extensions on ebay for from £20 and upwards. I have bought lots of clip in ones and when you get sick of having long hair you can take it out and store it away for when you want to use them again.

From $10 a pack (synthetics) and up for the best kind of human hair extensions.
But get human hair, it's more manageable

i have also been researching this question and some salons start at £290! but I'm going to a few consultations first to shop around for prices. i know synthetic hair is cheaper but you cant style it as well as human hair.
