Have an arm removed.
15lbs/month is not a safe rate at which to lose weight, especially if you are only 127 lbs! 1 to 2 lbs/week is ideal, anything more than that and you are probably just losing water, not fat.
Start by drinking tons of water and changing your exercise routine, add alot of cardio (jogging, kickboxing, aerobics), that will help burn off extra fat and tone you up.
By the way - 127 lbs is not overweight, unless you are a girl under 5 feet tall. You may not be able to stay healthy and reach 110 lbs - your body just might not be built that way.
We come in all different shapes and sizes - celebrate it, flaunt it, but dont try to be a stick figure when you werent meant to be!

You really shouldnt lose that much weight in a month, its not healthy. Shoot for 1 to 2 pounds a week and do it by just eating right, cutting out junk food, and exercising. Dont diet just make a life style change. i know thats frusturating but in the long run you will lose the weight and actually keep it off!
By the way, it doesnt sounds like you need to lose any weight! But if you must please be smart about it.
Oh and dont bother with diet pills, I have tryed them all and they dont work and even if you think they are...they will eventually not work for you anymore and then of course you will gain the weight back if not more.

Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.
Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat. Warning -- this may cause you to look better than twin sister.

How tall are you? 127 seems to be a perfectly healthy weight unless your under five feet tall!
Have you cut out soda pop from your diet? Even diet drinks bloat you up and make you retain unwanted water.
Don't do anything too drastic to your diet though, if you deprive yourself of something you crave a lot you'll just eat your way around it. Moderation is the key.

Do you want to lose 15 pounds A month, or in
a month????
No white foods. No potatoes, pasta, rice, breads and amazingly enough when we stopped these we stopped almost all butter. Needless to say measured portions work also.
I lost 17 the first month I did this. (I was using the Fat Flush Plan) The cranberry drink in this diet helps reduce the fluid retention all over your body. I dropped a bra cup and a foot width. I purges the poisons out of your system.

you should not lose 15 pounds in a month that's a lot. It is very unhealthy too. The best thing I can tell you to do is cut down on your food and do something like kick boxing or step classes they do work. I lost a lot of inches doing it. Just to let you know you should only lose 2 pounds a week. Your body might shout down and you won't lose anything and you can gain weight too.

Well First you ought to devour extra. YES extra. devour 5 small healthful foods spaced out via the day. Continue to do your 20 mins and upload running daily for a further half-hour. Make it facet of your pursuits, ie after dinner opt for a a stroll or for the period of your lunch hour. Dont starve your self due to the fact then you're going to now not shed extra pounds as good and you're going to be dangerous. Losing weight isn't tricky. Just takes self-discipline. Calories expended - energy taken in = weight loss

First off...stop comparing yourself to your sister. You probably realize that even though you are twins, you are VERY different! Losing 15 lbs is NOT safe to do in a month. 2-3 lbs per week tops is in the safe zone.
Do light weight lifting and cardio to start and eat a high protein, low carb diet. Muscle burns fat - and that's that! ;0)

15 lbs a month is too much for your weight. You should be able to do that in two or three months. 1-2 pounds a week should be your goal if you plan to keep it off.
Also remember if you starve yourself or yo-yo diet, you will slow your metabolism and gain more weight and it will become harder to lose.
The best thing to do is to eat healthy, cut back on snacks and exercise.

I did a no dairy diet. I lost 60 lbs. in three months. Avoid items like cheese, yogurt, mayo, milk, cream cheese, ect. You should take calcium supplements while doing this diet though. I stuck with it and went from a size 16 to a 6.
