I am a girl and I think boys should baby-sit but do you??

I think boy baby sitting little boys would be great. The little boys I babysit tourture me cause i'm a girl... I'd love to have a guy work with them.

Iam a Boy.. I dont have the patience and tolerence to Babies.. I hate when it cries.. Damn.. All boys dont have the gentleness to baby Sit.. Girls can do better than Boys in this case..

Sure, I used to baby-sit when I was a teen. I mostly sat for younger boys which loved me because I would play guy games with them. i.e. catch, baseball, basketball.... I sat for little girls a couple times but they were less interesting as I wasn't much on playing with dolls....So Yes, boys make good sitters....

Heck yeah! Just because of the steriotype that women are better with children is widespread, that dosn't mean that it's true! I appreicate that you were fair in your decision that men are trustworthy, but to think that all men are bad with baby-sitting is sexist (discrimination due to gender). I know at least 3 males, my self not included, who are excelent with children. Anyone who sais in this poll that all men are irresponsible and shouldn't be trusted is a sexist.

why not?? boys may one day grow up to be fathers...besides, there are some responsible boys out there who are probably good with kids...especially if they are baby sitting younger boys...not all little boys want to listen to the girl babysitter.

i think boys should be able to baby-sit kids.There are some things that I make them show though, their ceritifcate for CPR, how well he gets along with the kids,and how well the kids get along with him.Also,he must be able to know the emergency numbers,how to cook some things,how to change diapers,and how to wash children if they can't do it themselves. If he meets all of these requirements, then I allow them to baby-sit.

Girls are programmed from an early age to take care of things..like barbie dolls ect...so they are the logical choice in a babysitter. They have the instincts...young boys just want to crash things or catch things on fire. LOL

Boys are generally not veryu nurturing but they have just enough qualities as girls to be applicable when it comes to babysitting. some parents would not trust a boy with their childrenm but it's still up ot the preference of the parents, not the peers....
