Hi!
PAQUETTE means package in French. It is written very similar to the Spanish one, which is PAQUETE.
There is another similar word in French: BAGUETTE, this is a piece of long bread (like the one they make paninis with)... Though it was important to give you that meaning to because, sometimes, you can confuse both if you are trying to translate by ear!
Goodluck!

"Paquette" is not a French word. It is either "paquet" or "plaquette".
"Paquet" means: a package, a parcel, a pack, a bag (of), or a packet when talking about computers. When used as an idiom it means: un paquet = loads of.
"Plaquette" means: a booklet
a blood-platelet, platelet in physiology
plaquette means a small "plaque" like for a commemorative plaque.
When talking about food, it can be a pack, a bar.
Last but not least it can be a blister- pack, or a pad when talking about "plaquette de frein"= brake pad.
Hope that helps.
