prenatal vitamens really help.......They make your hair and nails grow like crazy!
I don't think they would be bad for you to take, even if you're not pregnant

so do i.
and it seems to grow at a rate of 0.001 inch per year.
unfortunately, nothing will help it grow.
but if you are trying to grow it out, no matter how much you dont want to cut it, i would recommend getting little trims every once in a while because there is nothing worse than loads of split ends. not even short hair.
however, this will not make your hair grow any faster, which is a common misconception.
after all, the hair that isnt in your head is essentially dead, so it doesnt matter what you do to the ends.
also, i would imagine that prenatal vitamins which make the hair on your head grow faster would also make the rest of your hair grow a little more as well.
im not a big fan of gorilla arm hair.
just let it grow out, dear.
you will reap the benefits in due time.
:)

Have you thought about asking a tricologist? There are loads on the internet you can ring and speak to someone. What about 'Rogaine', I am using this at the moment to stimulate my hair follicles to promote hair growth having lost quite a bit of hair after my fourth baby!

NOTHING stimulates hair growth. If you're that impatient, there are hair extensions or wigs. But consider the exciting and liberating experience of CUTTING IT ALL OFF! Young women look sensational bald!

I had an awful haircut 2 months ago and the woman cut really short layers everywhere...I used the hair, nails and skin formula from CVS and my hair has grown 2 inches in the past two months. It contains biotin which is good for faster growth.

I don't know if it works for women/female. But worked for me.
when I was young, I used to pull a little leg hair of mine, and now I have lots of hair in my legs.
Perhaps, you pull you hair every once in a while, and it will stimulate the hair cell to rapid growth. That may work.
But don't pull too hard, or they may fall off!!

Dont cut it drastically, just get a trim and I mean just get the crap off the ends. Also you should try buying clip in hair extensions on ebay, they are cheap and easy to put in. You can get nice ones for about £20. If you are going to, make sure that you get human hair ones, you can dye, straighten, curl or whatever its just like your own hair! Its what I do.
Also I have been told that if you plait (plat) your hair before you go to bed that helps...I dont know if it works though!

massage your scalp daily with your finger tips using some pressure, what that does is stimulate the hair follicles.
and dont let the hairdresser trim too much off cos they have a habit of doing that.
