feel bloated or swollen most of the time. especialy after I eat..been having low grade fever.. lower abdomin and testicals or tender.. I am fatigued all the time..I am able to work a couple hrs at a time before I am exausted and weak.. not in a lot of pain, just very uncomfortable.... over the past year it has gotten worse.. i was in an acident over a year ago and got and infection in my cheek bones and teeth, seems like it has been worse since..

You need to see a physician as soon as possible. You are definitely sick. You have a fever, low grade, abdominal pain, fatigue, and discomfort in your testicles. You could have a Prostate infection or some other malady. The problem is that it is not going to get any better if you continue to ignore it. If you are afraid of the cost of getting appropriate care...go to a Medical School Clinic that might be near your home or go to a County or General Health facility in your community. Whatever you do , do not continue to just let the problem simmer. The longer you wait, the sicker you will be and the more likely that it will be increasingly difficult to treat your illness.

No doctor will give a diagnosis like that. Go and see one.
