get up and go pee, for crying out loud. you can always go back to your addiction after your bladder's empty. ( similar situation here, only computer desktop and bathroom 10 ft. away...reluctant to go when ya gotta go 'cause so much is going on.) aren't we the silliest of people!!

Private pilots have a funnel-like device for this situation when they cannot pull over in a four-seater plane. Check out the versions for both genders.

Just watch television for a while and look for the pharmaceutical commercials (every12.7 minutes on every national broadcast channel). I'm sure if they don't already have a pill for it, they'll develop one as soon as they read your question!
