that is not one of the miracles in the bible.

He turned water into wine.

he multiplied a few fish to feed thousands of people.

These were both miracles which by definition means that they are outside of the laws of the universe. but to explain what would need to be done to turn water into wine: first, you would need to pull the neccesary chemicals out of the air, or if you couldn't find them there you would need to manufacture them out of nothing. then you would need to mix them in the right proportions to obtain the proper flavor profiles. to show just how hard this is, with all of the advanced chemistry that we can do no one has reproduced this feat in the lab, that is turning ordinary water into the best wine that you have ever tasted.

You are kidding, right? If you think he turned FISH into WINE, then you've got more problems than this one!

Sheesh---how sad it must be to be so totally clueless!

John 2
Jesus Changes Water to Wine
1On the third day a wedding took place at Cana in Galilee. Jesus' mother was there, 2and Jesus and his disciples had also been invited to the wedding. 3When the wine was gone, Jesus' mother said to him, "They have no more wine."
4"Dear woman, why do you involve me?" Jesus replied, "My time has not yet come."

5His mother said to the servants, "Do whatever he tells you."

6Nearby stood six stone water jars, the kind used by the Jews for ceremonial washing, each holding from twenty to thirty gallons.[a]

7Jesus said to the servants, "Fill the jars with water"; so they filled them to the brim.

8Then he told them, "Now draw some out and take it to the master of the banquet."

They did so, 9and the master of the banquet tasted the water that had been turned into wine. He did not realize where it had come from, though the servants who had drawn the water knew. Then he called the bridegroom aside 10and said, "Everyone brings out the choice wine first and then the cheaper wine after the guests have had too much to drink; but you have saved the best till now."

11This, the first of his miraculous signs, Jesus performed in Cana of Galilee. He thus revealed his glory, and his disciples put their faith in him.

Well first of all - he turned water into wine. The fish, he multiplied and made it go far enough to feed everyone and then to have some left. Get your miracles straight.
Second - you can't explain anything God does with science.

Well, I dont really know any god that turned a FISH into wine, but Jesus turned water into wine. It was a miracle, so science cant prove it. If you are looking for science to prove God's miracles, you will look forever, it takes faith.

As I recall - it was turning WATER to wine, not Fish to Wine... I think you need to do some further research before asking for the scientific basis of a miracle!

God did not turn fish into wine. Jesus turned water into wine at a wedding. And it was a miracle, which doesn't need scientific explanation.

To make fish wine you must crush your fish, add sugar, dilute (with water) to taste, add yeast and store in a cool, dark place for several months. Consider this your comprehensive guide to making fish wine.

First you must decide if you want a red or a white wine. If you want a white wine, you must bleed the fish before crushing. With a red wine, no bleeding is necessary.

When you crush fish, you must add sugar because fish have a naturally low sugar content. Sugar is vital to the process of making wine, as the percentage of sugar in the product relates to the final alcohol content, if fermented to dryness. Crush the fish well, as the flavor of the wine is determined by how much juice you can squeeze out of the must (wine-making term for the product in-transition to wine). Additionally, the sugars can draw flavor out of the crushed fruit (fish), so don't be too concerned if your fish is not very juicy.

Usually, a must with added sugar is boiled briefly to ensure the sugar is disolved, but as that would cook the fish and change the flavor of the wine, boiling the must is up to you.

Add sugar to total about 1.18 specific gravity (about 20% potential alcohol, measure with a hydrometer) before diluting with water. Dilute by adding about 1 part water for every 2 parts must to bring the SG (specific gravity) to around 1.12 (about 14% PA) for a moderately strong wine.

After the sugar has been completely disolved, and the tempurature of the must has cooled to lower than 90F, you can add the yeast. But if the must is not kept at lower than 80F, bacteria in the must can cause the sugars to turn into vinegar before the yeast can change it into alcohol.

Additionally, fast-working yeast can produce off-flavors that may be undesirable in your fish wine. Yeast works faster in warmer temperatures, and the yeast can actually raise the temperature of the must itself by a few degrees. The industry preferred temperature for fermentation is 65-70F.

Depending on yeast concentration, temperature, and total sugar content, it may take 2-6 months to finish fish fermentation to dryness.

Many wines require a slight acidity to create the "fresh" or "sharp" taste to them. Depending on the fruit (or fish), adding citric acid may be desirable. The ideal acid level is 6 to 7 grams per liter for dry reds and 6.5 to 7.5 grams per liter for dry whites.

He didn't turn fish into wine. He turned water into wine. He blessed the fish and loaves----a smattering of food----and made that food capable of feeding the throngs of people who heard him speak on the mountain.
