how old? make sure they are in a safe place and leave the room for 10 minutes to lay down, go online, watch a little tv.....everyone has to walk away and collect their thoughts sometimes :) try a nice glass of red with dinner too haha!

As much as we love our kids, sometimes we need some "me" time. I don't know if it's that they are making you nuts as much as it is that you just need a break. I have noticed that when I have some time to myself I come back refreshed and so is my son. Sometimes you just need a break from them just as they need a break from you. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. I think we are better parents when we have our own time.

kids dont like to be bored. If you are doing something, you can let them watch a movie. The little Mermaid is a great one, or Brother Bear.
You could let them play outside, if you want to sit outside with them.
