We have 2 cats- one normal weight and the other 17 pounds. Last night Star (big cat) was sleeping on our bed when my bf came to bed. He usually picks her up and puts her out (they normally sleep with my daughter), but he just left her there at the bottom of the bed between us. Could he be starting to like her? Or was he too exhausted to lift the weight?

My husband claims he does not like cats. Months later he has become fond of my cats. They grew on him. When I leave for work he asks me to bring the kitties in so he has company while I'm gone. He may be starting to appreciate them and usually when a person grew up without cats they may find they like them later on.

Had you been been fighting that night? Maybe he did not want you crawling all over him and left the cat for defense?
