Only if you drink lots of water and stand looking at one of those full spectrum light bulbs with your mouth wide open for an hour or so a day.

yes but you have to drink your water certain times of the day and eat those little "miracle grow" fertilizer sticks you find at the grocer and plant shops.
when you go outside to tan make sure you get one of those reflectors and keep your mouth open so the tree can get some light..
when it's reached maturity you can freak out creepy boys by burping up an apple then eating it.

Acid in the stomach will try to dissovle the seed.
It would most likely got passed out with the **** also. As the **** contains nutrients to help the seed grow in the new environment, provided the seed is still ok.

The seed would have be there an awful long time to take root. Surely, someones bowels would move more frequently than the time for a tree to take root!
