I take the GNC creatine after working out but I'm still not gaining. I've been training for some PT tests so I've been running alot but I'm still lifting but still losing weight. What Muscle Tech products can help?

I suspect you aren't gaining because you aren't eating enough. What's your calorie consumption look like? If you don't know, then your gains will be minimal, since you are merely guessing.

Most of the MuscleTech supplements are pretty solid. But they certainly won't help you gain if your calorie consumption is too low.

In addition, running (especially a lot) makes it EXTREMELY difficult to take on weight. Running burns a ton of calories. I run about 30 miles a week and use weights to keep what little body weight I can on. So if you are serious about putting on size and weight, ditch the cardio (at least for a while).

For a good calorie counter / activity tracker, use the free website http://www.fitday.com.

I probably supplied an answer you didn't expect, but I think that's the source of the problem -- not a specific supplement.

My husband uses both Gakic and Leukic by Muscle Tech and he thinks they are great. He has gained on all his lifts, which has led to an increase in his muscle mass. If you want to gain you need to eat, eat, eat and also supplement with protein. A good rule of thumb is one gram of protein per pound of bodyweight.
