No. God does not love everyone. "Love" is evident by actions, not just by saying "I love you." Using this standard, God's actions demonstrate he does not love everyone. Being all-powerful, and being the source of the definition of right and wrong, he could easily have created a universe and moral system where everyone gets to go to heaven. Not "everyone gets to go to heaven IF...." Everyone. Not theoretically, but in actuality.
This is a convoluted form of the argument from evil, but the question demanded it.

Did God love Hitler? What about Stalin, Nero or Caligula, ? If he did, I don't think I want to be in that same category. Sorry to upset. I do however believe he could have forgiven those men and loved them if they had choosen to accept Jesus as their savor, but they didn't, so no God doesn't love everyone.

God doesn't love everyone... how could he love everyone when he lets people get murdered, raped, and tortured. He must not love the people that happens too, or their families.
