wear a tampon...something u should know...when ur bodies temp change ur period stops flowing..think abt it...u dont bleed in the shower...just be cautious and change it whenever needed...u'll be fine

Last time I went swimming with my period I used a tampon. (For the first time.) So I suggest you use one. Just don't leave it in too long!
But I wonder... what does this have to do with singles and dating?

Definitely wear a tampon, but if you're really selfconscious, wear a mini-pad liner too. They're so thin you won't notice anything. Just make sure you bring extra supplies just in case something happens. On that note, I'd also bring a pair of shorts or something, just in case.

if you are going to the beach on your hols then i would say its best to delay it - take norithesterone a few days before your period - you will feel much more relaxed - dont forget sharks can sense blood from miles off !
