I am from India....and there are hundreds of different languages and dilects too.....virtually you can find language changes every 500 miles from one destination to another.....but still Hindi is relatively better known everywhere.....(Ofcourse English is major language irrespective of division)....So let me answer these choice of yours in Hindi only :

1. Peace - Shanti
2. Love - Prem ('Mohabbat and Pyar' too mean love but it has Urdu accent)
3. Joy - Anand or Khushi
