Identify the feeling for me, please

I've convinced myself that I was in love, because it seemed more acceptable than 'looking for security', but it doesn't last. Some people confuse love and lust, and some people tell themselves that they will 'learn to love' eventually. It really saves a lot of hardship and time to just be honest from the beginning, with yourself, and with the other person.

Well thats an easy one. YES! Twice actually. One time for 3 years and the other for 2 years. I was young and stupid and I was in love with the idea of being 'in love' I'm 21 now and I am still learning about what love really is. Its easy to get caught up with the butterflies! And its easy to get confused by lust, sex can majorly confuse you. I dont think there is a certain way to directly identify that feeling because no matter what the new and the butterflies will eventually fade but until then you are pretty much blinded. after that is gone, its what you have left that is love. I think only time can tell. I think its very easy to love someone or more then one but its the one you can stick with and put up with that you really love! :-) The most important thing is trust, without trust you have nothing.
I was sure I was in love twice but I was only blinded and I was young and in lust and in love with being in love. I'm just grateful I didn't get married then. Because I could have ruined my life. Anyways if you are wondering if you are in REAL love only time can tell you that. Just make sure you actually take the time to figure it out.

Yes it feels like your under a spell and you cant get that person out of your mind!!!! you get mad at your self for thinking of that person so much but the love you have for them keeps your mind focused on them!!!

yes i have i gave up every thing for my ex. it was thrill and happiness during the time we were together but then turned to depression when my parents found out and put a restraing order against him. i was going to marry him but i woke up and realized i was too young. i still love him but i'm not allowed to see him again
