Ok-so this may sound insane-and I'm not even sure if I believe in this, but last night-some man was camped outside my bedroom window at my apartment in his car with his lights on for several minutes-and when I opened my window to ask him to please turn them off, he slowly creeped away while staring at me.after he left I got this horrible feeling in my stomach like something bad was going to happen and I went to check on my 6 month old son.I felt this horrible evil presence in his room and my husband was so freaked out that he agreed that we could let the baby sleep with us for the night. I called the please to alert them of the weird man who neither met up with anyone, nor dropped anyone off, but the evil presence is still in my son's room and I feel life it's spreading in my apartment. Is it possible that this man may have been like an evil spirit or a demon or something (like I said-I don't know If I belieieve this)by the way, my son is getting babtised Sun,and can I get some prayers

Sorry-I ment police- and we intend on baptizing him on Sunday. Also I prayed all last night and this morning but I just cannot shake the feeling. i never have believed in evil spirits before only in God and Angels- but I've also never felt that way before. And my son has his own room in his own crib which is recommended for babies, but he will not be sleeping there as long as I continue feeling this way. So please, pray for us. His name is Shae.

By the way- I am also not crazy and I realize that this could all be my mind. I have BSW in Social Work with a Minor in Psychology.

sweetheart no evil is going to harm your baby and the feeling that you have has came from the fear of this man outside .. your own fear , and that's understandable
we can create such a presence with our own mind .. it has been known to happen and has been studied
now how to make it go away is what you need to be asking .. and that is so easy and so simple
you combat it with some lovely energy .. fill the room/house with it .. play happy songs .. get some love into the house .. get rid of that negativity with some positivity
your son is being baptised ... great .. throw a party that should do the job nicely
and please please believe me that your son is very safe as are the rest of you xx

Prayer is a good start and obedience to the Lord is another. You need to relook at your life and make it right with God again in the areas you are lacking. Once you are right with God, you and your family cannot be hurt by demonic forces or witchcraft of any sort. It won't be a matter of praying for the evil spirit to leave....it is just a matter of keeping your faith strong and your family obedience to the Word of God straight. God will tend to the rest and you will be Under his Protection always.

You did the correct thing by reporting the man to the police. Next time try to get a license plate or more detailed information. If he was parked in your neighbors driveway then you could have followed up with them as well. If he was in your driveway for that extended period of time and you were alone, that is justification to notify the police and have them remove him from your property.

You and your husband could try repeatedly praying together with your son out loud using God's name in your prayers. James 2:19 shows that the demons are afraid of Jehovah, and Proverbs 18:10 shows that we can find protection by using God's name, Jehovah. Do not think that just one prayer will be enough if you actually do have a demon in your home. You will need to repeatedly do this together as a family and it would be beneficial to start seeking Jehovah's help in understanding the truth of the Bible, and to understand what drew that demon into your home in the first place.

There are some weird people out there. It sounds like there might be a negative energy in the home created by fear. I would suggest that your husband and you get on your knees and humbly ask God to remove the undesired spirit from your home, and replace it with one of peace and comfort and safety,do so in the name of Jesus Christ. Also, set up a camera in your sons room that you can monitor and make sure your windows are locked at night. I will pray for you as well.

I think the guy just spooked you. He could have been stalking his ex or something, or maybe just doesn't have anywhere to go and was going to sleep in his car. Sometimes when we get spooked like that, we start feeling things that aren't really there. I would have done the same thing you did, put the baby in my room. I will pray for the little guy, but I really don't think you're dealing with an evil spirit, just plain ole fear.

There are a many things you can do along the lines of prayer. Rosary and prayers like that will help. Having blessed objects in the house can help too.

My sister had something similar in her room for over 10 years. Everynight when she went to bed she's see the reflection of someone standing in her door from her tv. This scared her so much that she wouldnt allow the lights to go out. When i found out this was what was scaring her, i told her that whenever she saw it again, to tell it to go away and pray. If she mentioned the name of Jesus, whatever it was would go away. She has informed me lately that she doesnt see it anymore.

Also, if there is something in there, and it persists, it probably wouldnt be wise to keep the baby in there. Call or get ahold of a priest in your area and they will be able to help you also.

youv obviously had some kind of experiance with this kind of stuff huh...
your baby will be fine. hes to young to know what fear is.
you on the other hand. and your husband should try to examine the problem.
could it be in your heads. and the cennection between the 2 of you be makeing this thing seem real?(because of stress. or "being down" )
or is it real.
if it is. maibe you can speak to a preist when you babtise him.
he should know what to do.
or a nun could help if your close to one ^^,

the man outside your window. could have bin.
just a man. or maybe a shaman. who tested your kindness.
dont pay to much attention to him.
if he does come back thow.
call the cops!
he has no right to be disturbing your sleep.

best wishes to your son.
and hope everything gets better.
goodluck :)

Boy that's weird. It seems everyone I know goes through some strange events right before they get baptised. My advice pray throughout the whole apt. Pray to God and ask Him to cleanse the place of any evil spirits and cast them out, and keep the plans for your son to get baptised. Sometimes it seems the "devil" wants to try to steer you away from any plans to get closer to God. The man outside may have been nothing but it never hurts to pray.

one of the less fun things about being a parent is how freaked out you get about any perceived danger to your sweet little helpless one. That fear can get overwhelming at times, but nobody is going to tell you that demons are going to spread through your house like smoke. It doesn't work like that and you are imagining it. Talk to your pastor or talk to your doctor, but get some help before you pass the stress to your baby. give you husband a good punch too for going along with you.

I understand that you are freaked out and i know that a lot of new moms can get pretty spooked when it comes to their children. I don't think that you have anything to worry about. This is probably all just one big misunderstanding and I'm sure that nothing is coming after you or your baby.

I will pray for you though!
