Mentally challenged kids can and sometimes do ask a good many questions that they require an answer too. Woman in my experience ask questions also if they want to learn something. No question is ever wrong and thus your statement (which is suppose to be a question) does not make any sense at all. Perhaps a lesson in grammer would be beneficial to you.
