They are all beautiful names. If you're going for most popular, Celina would probably be the most likely to be popular. If you would rather have a unique name that bunches of other children won't have, I would choose Parisa. Any of the three you choose will be lovely! Enjoy your baby sister!
(My baby sister is 27 now, and her name is Melissa; I picked that one, too!)

Personally, I dislike Parisa. Looks to me like just trying to be a variation of Paris - and I strongly dislike Paris.
Celina is nice, don't like with your last name as much as Jessenia.
Jessenia is beautiful, best of the 3 in my opinion.
Other Arabic names I like:
Alina, Amina, Amira, Anisa, Atiya, Dima, Hala, Hana, Layla, Lina, Nura, Thamina, Zaria.

I got to help name both my younger sisters. either Jessinia or Parisa, Celina is to common and mainstream. A unique name will always be remembered, especially on a resume. Plus when shes older she can go by Jess, or Paris....

I like Jessenia and Parisa. I think a name should have a good meaning, but maybe they should hold off on the actual picking till she is born. I find people like they're names better if it fits they're personality. Hope this helps.
But of the two I think Jessenia is cuter and more serene.

Instead of popular, I would go with unique... I love Parisa and Celina the best. Another name might be Huma... it's a persian pheonix, kind of like the one that King George the 8th, I think, recieved? I dunno if it's a name though. You could always use it though, and be original. Oh well, I hope she's healthy!

Preferably Jessenia but Parisa is also a lovely one, by the way don't choose a very popular and hackneyed name.

Celina would probably be more popular but I think that Parisa is prettiest.
