I think its the same reason they deny the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

I think this question is best asked hundreds of years from now when all the teachings of the flying spaghetti monster have been translated by scholars to fit the needs of the day. God will be a distant memory. There will certainly be the Jim_Darwin prophecies and I believe that’s where all the rules and commandments will be set. Then there will be atheists and theists alike debating FSM'S reality, oh- and of course eschewing spaghetti as the most divine offerings.
That or lava fountains of beer and strippers work too.

God is real and alive but your monster is a figment of your imagination. Go ahead and deny Him if you must but He doesn't deny you. A real Christian will not begrudge you your beliefs as you seem to begrudge us.
He loves you no matter what but you will be judged some day. Why don't you research Him further and find out for yourself?
