If you do could you tell me what the basic single fare with a transfer is for a regular adult in your city. What city do you live in?

I live in Sacramento CA It is $2.00 for a single ride and $.25 extra to get a transfer.

I live in Canada, Alberta...i pay $1.80 (it just went up. It use to be $1.20...gas you know) and transfers are free. That's weird - i never heard of paying extra for a transfer.

I live in Minneapolis. Here the buses cost $2.00 during the rush hour and $1.50 otherwise. Transfers are free, you just have to grab it out of the machine, or as the driver for it.

I'm from a smaller city in Iowa and the bus here only costs $0.50 and transfers are free. But I'm sure everything here costs less because we make less.

Boston 90 cents for one ride free transfer with that ride. Train 1.25 no tranfers if you get out of the station.
