funny, I've asked something like this before and it seems like it almost goes in a .....cycle!!!!!

I use the energy in a positive way. For example, I work hard, or go to the gym, or take care of project that I have neglected. I get a lot done when I'm mad, and it turns a negative into a positive.

Take a walk and nature sooths me. Also, for me, to watch the Gulf of Mexico from the beach makes me feel MELLOW.

Sulk, and play video games. Hand-eye co-ordination improves when one is unhappy for some reason.

Listan music in very loud volume. I always try it and pritty useful. It helps me to release all tension and bitterness. Try it buddy. you ll feel good!!!
