Heavens! You should get her back to the vet right away. Something is obviously wrong and she will get dehydrated fom the diarrhoea.
Distemper is a horrifying possibility. If you don't want to lose the poor little thing get her to a vet, fast! You can't "get her to stop pooping" she's sick!
(Parvovirus is another terrible thing that dogs can get, and they don't often survive it.)

A puppy with diarrhea for two days who won't eat, needs to be seen by a vet immediately. It could be a virus, a poison or a bowel obstruction from something she chewed up.

You had better get your dog back to your vet immediately. This sounds like a problem you should have looked at professionally.

Get her to the vet NOW. It could be a parasite or who know what, but little dogs dont last long with severe diahrreah.

that's definately a question for your vet. you should take her as soon as possible to make sure it's not something serious. plus the vet may have some medicine that he/she can give you to help.
