Not unless its an EXTREME tear jerker like The Notebook. that movie will make ANYONE cry! Or if the guy is going threw something really stressful and isnt actually crying over the movie.

YES YES YES!!! That is SOOOO adorable! Because it shows that the guy in question here has a sensitive side and isn't afraid to show it. I hate it when guys try to act all macho and stuff, it's really a turn-off for me. Just make sure you're not bawling or whatever, because then the girl you're dating may think of you as a baby or something...but I personally think it's cute.
Besides, guys shouldn't have to worry about whether it's okay to cry or not! Seriously, if a guy were afraid to cry in front of me, I would probably call them a pu$$y and just leave them right there. You should just be yourself.

It all depends. If you are out with a girl then you need to determine for yourself whether she likes sensitive guys! Some women would think it was adorable, but others would think it was a sign of weakness. Some girls like sensitive guys and some girls like manly men so you just need to asses what type of guy they want! Although, it is always best to be yourself...if you feel like crying do it and be yourself! If the girl doesn't like the fact that you are crying and showing weakness then you can move on and find someone who likes you for you!

Yes if the movie is that touching, guys have feelings too. If they never cry it is something seriously wrong with them, trust me and stay away. I don't want a man to boo hoo on any and every movie but on real life touching films I do belive it is okay.

Depends on the movie. When E.T. was in the theater on it's first run.... everybody cried. Men and women alike. Whether they admit it or not is another thing.
There have been TV shows that made me cry because they touched me deeply.
If a girl thought I was a wimp because I cried about something that struck me as sad or what not.... I'd drop her in a hot New York minute!!!!

Look it's more than alright.Most men think that it's not manly to cry at a movie,but girls love to see a softer side to a man.Girls like men who isn't afraid to cry and show sensetivity.

Well, I wouldn't CRY...but I would definitely show emotion. Girls like that. However, I'd be feeling strange if you started shedding tears over a movie. You'd probably not hear from me again.

Well, it's always nice to think that you want to see a guy cry to see that he has feelings.... but if I actually witnessed a guy crying for a movie, I would probalby think he's a wimp... so there you go for an ambivalent answer.

hey, if i can cry during the previews of "Flicka," i have no right to say the guys can't cry when Lassie dies... I think when a guy cries it shows that he is sensitive and honest, not trying to impress me by being all macho and tough, you know? i have no problem with it...as long as he doesn't blubber and drool snot all over the place :-P
