Buy some heavy-weight paper and make your own card for him.
on the night of your anniversary: cook him a nice meal, have a candle-lit dinner with him, give him the card, after dinner do one of two things:
1> excuse your self from the table, get naked, wipe your self down with one of those perfume towels, put on a lace teddy, tease him, seduce him and screw him like your life depended on it.
2> clear the table, but tell him that he has to stay there, excuse your self from the table, get naked, pour hot chocolate down your chest, make sure that you get it between your legs (back and front), lie down on the table and tell him that it's time for him to eat desert

Does he like maybe, wearing "Gold Chain" necklaces? Or his favorite cologne, and aftershave lotion.......Or , like suprise him, with a "Teddy, or some Laungerie" for you, so when he opens it he'll be like what the heck, is this? At first, then tell him, its for you to wear, for him, on your "Anniversary!!" Ha!Ha! Or, maybe, see whats playing in your town, or nearest town, for "Concert-Tickets" for two........Or, reserve two seats, with a view, somewhere Romantic, to eat, at, with a bar & dance floor, for afterwards........To do a little drinking & dancing, after you eat......Or you could get him a "Gift Certificate" for his "Favorite" store, he likes to shop at, hisself.........Or, bake a real nice cake, for the two, of you, with something really special, written on , or deco on it, that represents, a bunch of things you've done together.......I had a birthday cake made for my ex , once, that had his favorite football teams "Theme" on it........He really enjoyed that cake......I even had to draw, it & color it , for the bakery, because, they weren't familiar with the team's theme......You could even like cook up some fried chicken the night before, & get one of those inexpensive, wicker, picnic, baskets, some strawberries, and chocolates, get, a candle type of Fondue set,, And pretzels, and some of your "Favorite" Champagne, and a Checkered, blanket, and make a "Picnic" out of your Anniversary, with feeding eachother chocolate strawberries, and drinking some Champagne, with it, and bring along some good, sausage, cheese, and crackers, for snacks,....A frisbee, football, or .........After lunch, just go see a movie, at the Theatre, and just have a "Romantic" evening at home, after all that........I dont know, I hope I gave you a few ideas, anyway! Happy Anniversary, to you, both!!! Have Fun!!!.
