I work evenings but get up somewhat early in the morning. I never eat breakfast, I think the importiance is to make sure you consume what you need to get the energy you need without eating it all at the end of the day, moderation is the key! I eat lunch, dinner and early in the evening plus a snack and maintain my weight and keep healthy. Its a bad idea to eat when your not hungry, that encourages bad eating habits and causes weight gain.

If you are on a diet to lose weight they tell you that you should eat three times a day. Even if you are still full for breakfast as it is the most important meal of the day to get you started.The reason why you need to eat so you can burn some calories off during the day.

Eating when you are not hungry is the recommended time to eat. That way you won't over eat. Eating first thing in the morning helps to get your metabolism off to a good start. The longer you wait the more your body will remain in a catabolic state which isn't good. We want our body to metabolize everything so we need to eat breakfast to get that process going.

Never, ever should you eat when not hungry. It is like rape- forcing it on someone not wanting it. It turns the healthiest food into poison (your digestion).
Similar to this. Even if your are in cleanest, nicest restaurant never insult food preparer or server before getting food. They will take your food and wipe on dirtiest part of floor and spit in it. If they have infection they will wipe that on it. If people had any idea about eating there would not be an obesity pandemic (epidemic).

Just eat something small to get your metabolism going. Eventually you will be use to eating breakfast, so you will be hungry in the morning. If you are trying to lose weight be warned. If you eat breakfast you are hungrier the rest of the day.

U can start taking appitizers b4 going to bed, if u really wanna get hungry in the morning & have ur breakfast. But u will rather start getting fatty. However, i suggest u eat very little by middays. some people eat three times daily, ie,1, 1, 1 while mr.B go by !, 0, 1. & mr. C go by 0,0,1.This highly displined people who really wanna lose weight.

Your question is "right up my alley". When I get up in the moring I'm not hungery so what I do is have some yogert with some thing to drink. That way I did eat some thing just not alot. It says you should eat just it never said how much?!
I always say that I'm up but my stomec it not yet. In fact if I eat alot My stomec will hurt for a couple of hours after.

YEs u should. But not much, eat an apple or an orange or something small like that. U should eat so u don't stuff at lunch. So yes eat anyways.

I know i dont ever feel hungry in the moring...and i dont ever eat...expecailly cuase i commute to college and dont have time to eat in the morning...but i know that with in an hour or so of being in classes....i start to feel really sick from not eating....and i feel like i cant concentrate in school...so yea...i would deff say its better to eat.

Don't eat if you aren't hungry. Take something with you though in case you do get hungry later.
