I take a cold shower and watch a funny movie and spend time with me, myself and I.

You go with it. There is a reason, whether it's obvious at this point or not. There is a purpose for our intuition about things. If you're uncomfortable that way, and don't see why, get out. Get away from the person or the circumstances and head the other direction.

Everything is related with our mind. When there is no peace in mind we suffer.
For your question, I will suggest do not do anything, any unnecessary action will make you more uncomfortable. Situation like this you should go to restaurant, go to park, go to pool, play with pet. Watch movie if possible comedy. Read jokes. or listen music while walking. Or take shower but long.
No matter what kind of problem you have, after taking shower if your drink tea or coffee I am sure you will feel much better. If you do not trust me just do it and see.
Or if you still need help send me e-mail nihon94@yahoo.com, please also mention about this question.

Sort of like a mini panic attack? Or you gotta poop and can't?
Either way, change your diet.
Read a book called "Natural Cures They Don't Want You to Know About" it changed my life. It talks about how some people are really sensitive to the additives and preservatives they are putting in food now, and how it is making us sick.
I had panic attacks and migraines about 8 times a month and following the advise of the book reduced them to only a few a year!!!! It was a breakthrough for me.
Hope it works for you.

1) Turn the music up all the way, crank the bass, and eat ice cream.
2) Play piano, while drinking some lemonade, relax.
3) Play guitar and just chill on the smooshy hunk of fabric that is my couch.
4) Chew gum and tap my leg nervously.
5) Annoy somebody, it makes me feel right at home... lol :P

If it because of a person- ALWAYS listen to your inner voice- it knows things! If it is because of a situation- try to figure out what it is that is bothering you and what each of your reactions will do- how your reactions will affect you in the long run. Just take it slow and try to figure out WHY you are feeling that way - only you that answer, and can do something about it Good luck!

you might want to wipe your bum a little better. I know sometimes that makes me uncomfortable. It's like having Athletes Butt.
Or you might be getting your period
Or you might have synaps going on in your brain
Or you might be lesbian and don't know it
Or maybe your bed is to firm
Could be MANY reasons...

First of all do not allow the feeling of discomfort to become all consuming. Still yourself and do a mental assessment to find the culprit and by process of elimination you will find the source.

Sounds like anxiety. Are you dreading something that will take place in the near future?

Psychologist, definitely. They can help you realize what it is you are uncomfortable about.
