The only one I experienced was a sore arm for a couple of days, and that one can be avoided. After my first shot I went home and had a nap and I woke up and my arm was sore for two days. I mean really sore. After my second shot I had a bellydance workshop to go to and I didn't have any problem. So after my third I made sure that I used my arm a lot. It has to be over your head a lot, and it worked. No pain. Hep B is a blood born or sexually transmitted disease and more people are affected by this than by aids. Get the shots and protect yourself.

What are the side effects of the hepatitis B vaccine?
There are very few side effects, the most common being soreness where you got the shot. You will NOT get hepatitis B from the vaccine. Pregnant women have received the hepatitis B vaccine with no risk to the baby.

Check out www.webmd.com. Also, your doctor of the person giving you the shot had to give you an info sheet on it with all the side effects on it. I have taken it and it just made my arm sore.

I believe side effects include: baldness, temporary blindness, marked lack of interest in video games...and, in rare cases, the growth of an extra arm.
:)
I don't know...if I remember correctly, soreness of the arm, potential fatigue and or a headache. Check out www.webmd.com and search for the hep b vaccine.

I had one several years back. It is just like any other shot your arm gets numb and you might get tired. No major side effects.

No major side affects, just a lengthy process...if I recall, its three different shots over a span of 6 months...
