Train it or put it to sleep. Many dogs that weren't properly socialized when they were puppies will be vicious and never make good pets. See if you can sell him to a business that wants a guard dog - just make sure he goes to someone who won't abuse him!!

Dogs DO NOT like to be confined. Dogs tied to chains are usually very violent, because they've always wanted to roam around and be free, like dogs are supposed to be.
You should never tie a dog up with a chain. That's cruelty.
Look around for obedience classes, but it will take a lot of time and patience to train the dog.

See an animal behaviourist, soon, before it's too late and it has really hurt someone. Part of the problem may be that it was chained up too much when it was young and not given enough affection. Animals are like people, they respond to being cared for.
It may still be possible to train it.Talk to the experts, vet and behaviourist. It's not the dog's fault!, don't punish it, you'll only make things worse.

i suggest not to chain tie it but take it to an expert at the local vet or aspca or animal shelter or obedience training. They can help you usually free of charge. also if he is not neutered, then you mite want to neuter him.

Obedience school ASAP. Keep it away from people until it's temperment improves...(if it does). Hopefully it's still young enough...
