Put a straightening cream in while your hair is damp, blow dry it, and then use a straightening iron.

Use a flat-iron. These can be found at Wal-Mart, Target, beauty supply stores, etc. Of course - if you have short hair the only way to get long hair is with extensions. I can't understand why anyone would want to look like Paris Hilton - she has a ferret face and is living proof that you don't have to be poor to be white trash.
