Tequila Rose - Creamy Alcohol Liqueur
6 servings

1 1/2 cups sweetened condensed milk
1 cup cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup strawberry syrup
1/2 cup tequila (your preference

Measure all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until mixed and smooth. Store in refrigerator until serving time.
I think, like the homemade Bailey's recipes, likely keeping chilled a week will allow the flavors to blend. All measurements are a starting point. If it needs more or less of something then adjust as needed.

Fresh Berry Vodka Slush
50-90 servings

1 (1 7/8 liter) can pineapple juice
2 (355 ml) cans frozen lemonade
200 ml reallemon lemon juice
3 (8 g) packages unsweetened raspberry kool-aid
750 ml mashed fresh raspberries (or frozen)
375 ml sugar
750 ml vodka

Mix everything together in a clean ice cream pail.
Put into the freezer.
Stir every couple of hours.
Once this is frozen to a nice slush consistency, spoon 45 ml.(or more) into a tall glass. Top with club soda, gingerale, or 7-up.
You could substitute strawberries for a strawberry slush, but you'll want to use strawberry koolaid instead.

Well I have two offerings for you...........one
Jungle Juice
Take a bunch of red hawaiian punch, load it up with vodka and rum and then for flavoring put a little blue rasberry flavoring in it. If you really want to spice it up, pour sugar into the mix and the alcohol gets into your blood faster.
the other: Bull Frog
Take a few 2 liters of mountain dew, a rather large amount of vodka probably a little less than fifth per 2 liter, mix the vodka and and mountain dew thoroughly then take country time lemonade powder mix and load it up. The only problem with this drink is that it can get you very sick quickly because you often times don't realize the alcohol content. Throw a splash of everclear in for fun.

try the jello shot!!!
I like to use Dixie cups. I make several batches of different flavors all at once. For each different flavor, I use a different liquor. Then I layer each kind of JellO into the cups one by one. Just pour a little, give it some time to set gently, then pour on another layer.

Jello requires you to boil water. Do NOT substitute booze at the stage, otherwise all the alcohol will evaporate off and you'll have have some nasty-tasting stuff with no buzz! Instead, boil up half the quantity of water, add JellO powder, wait till the liquid is a little warmer than body temperature, then add room-temp liquor.

As for my favorite Jello flavor-liquor pairings...
orange + vodka (screwdriver)
lime + tequila (margarita)
black cherry + gin (singapore sling)
blue raspberry + pineapple rum (blue hawaiian)

PARTY VODKA PUNCH

Cake of ice
Pineapple
Maraschino cherries
Strawberries
Concentrate orange juice
Concentrate lemon juice
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 qts. vodka
Club soda
Ginger ale
Sliced oranges, lemons & limes

Freeze a container of ice to fit into the punch bowl. Add maraschino cherries or strawberries and pineapple chunks to freeze. For color, add grenadine. Make 1 quart orange juice from concentrate and 1 quart lemon juice from frozen concentrate.
Mix 2 cups sugar and add enough water to dissolve. Heat until sugar is thoroughly dissolved. When cooled, add to fruit juices. (The dissolved sugar is the secret of the punch.) Add 1 1/2 quarts vodka, depending upon the number of guests.

Just before serving, add: 1 quart club soda, 1 quart ginger ale. Slice oranges, lemons and limes and add to the punch bowl. Use maraschino cherries or strawberries for each serving. Absolutely delicious!

You need trash can punch. get a big trash can with no holes in the bottom and obviously clean. you can get two if you need to. get hawaiian punch, pinapple, apple, kiwi, and any other fruit you want. throw all of that in there and then unload about two or three bottles of vodka or one or two bottles of everclear. you can taste it as you make it. it always turns out good. and if you get extra ingridients then you can always refill through out the night. well hey, make it, drink it, and enjoy it. good luck and have fun.
