Sorry, but any alcohol is going to agitate your condition.

I used to have it pretty bad, but I saw a specialist, took my meds, ate and drank what they told me and within a couple months I got better.
Best to get it healed up.
I'm not on meds anymore and I enjoy about 1-3 pints a day with no problems.

Oh, and never try to use dairy to help (as suggested above), it actually has the opposite affect. It coats your stomach and you feel a little better, but then you produce much more acid to break it down and you hurt that much worse.

Cheers.

Drink Light Beer and stay away from wine... My dad has acid reflux problems and red or dark wine agitates his condition...

Rather than concern yourself with what beer you can drink, concern yourself with seeing a gastroenterologist. I'm being treated for it because the acids in my stomach made the tissue in the bottom of my throat precancerous.

What about trying a non-alcoholic beer...they may taste kind of watered down at first...but it beats the hell out of feeling sick.
