You should see your doctor and explain your issues to him/her. You may need a change in your medication.
Jesus can also help you. Have you accepted Him as your Savior? The fact that you are asking for prayer means you believe in Him. Ask Him to meet all your needs. Ask Him to heal your thought life and each time dangerous thoughts plague you turn to Him immediately. Ask Him to help you think of other things.
I am praying for you now.

I am sorry,...I will be happy to pray for you. You should also pray to God, through His Son, Jesus Christ...you may not get your prayers anwered immediately, but if you think you can move a mountain with your faith, you will. Have faith in the Lord, He takes care of His children...Be faithful and you will be rewarded...My prayers are for you ..

If your thoughts are suicidal, immediately look in your phonebook and find the suicide help line and talk to someone.
Oh- and you might want to look into DBSA (Depression Bipolar Support Alliance) http://www.dbsalliance.org/ they have some good online resources and self tests plus they can help you find a support group in your area.

You don't need prayer. You need to see a doc. Best wishes with your treatment.
